The University Grants Commission, New Delhi has conferred Autonomous status to Yadava College w.e.f. the academic year 2006-2007. The autonomous status of the institution provides academic freedom and flexibility to frame learner oriented, need based curriculum, implement effective teaching techniques and adopt reformed, transparent and fool-proof evaluation system.
